'I guide people into a dreamspace where the word is changeable, where they can let go of limitations and their present reality.

In this space I will guide their mind into focus on releasing negativity, illness and limiting beliefs, and assist them into creating health, success, positive emotions and new supporting beliefs. I will then bring them back to reality, grounding them in their physical body

The workshop or session encompasses what I do as a whole.'

Roxanne is intuitively guided to manipulate the energy within your aura, releasing blockages and raising your vibration, she gives a relaxing and uplifting treatment. Each session is followed up with an aura reading, which will be posted to your home, this is a guide for if you wish to continue your healing process.

Each reading is different, it provides information about specific supportive and guiding angels, a helper colour, Chakra imbalances (diagnosed to the specific percentage of excess or lack of energy) and information on how this can be corrected and bring balance into your daily life. Roxanne receives information on herbs, flower essences, minerals, vitamins, essential oils and other therapies that will be beneficial for you to use. The information is not a prescription but an insight. Roxy can give healing consultations in Ilkley or Leeds.

Two Part Guided Visualisation Meditation
The aim of part one: To relax your body and mind, to purify and cleanse the body from all previous negative creations and manifestations and to create an empty space within and around you. The aim of part two: To fill the body with new positive emotions helping to create your desired personality, and to fill your empty space with images of objects, people and situations you would like to manifest into your life.

Personal visualisation sessions
Similar to the group meditation but tailored towards your personal desires. A specific visualisation will be more powerful in helping you manifest your desire into material form.
