Any of the therapies can be done individually, or mixed for a more healing experience, Aside from the listed below all the therapies also have more subtle benefits and help to balance the Chakras, releasing stagnant energy whilst also giving a boost and providing you with a general feeling of being healed.
Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage works on areas affected by mental and emotional stress and can bring instant relief. It will help bring a calm, tranquil, stress free mind; and can improve concentration, alertness, relieve mental and physical tiredness, and stress and depression.
Japanese Hand Massage
Japanese hand massage is a unique blend of Shiatsu and Reflexology. Our hands are one of the most over worked parts of our body, but sadly one of the most neglected. The treatment will help de-stress your body, open energy channels, and create a feeling of well being and calm.
Hopi Ear Candles
An ancient therapy inducing a gentle heat, which relieves, soothes and can help many physical symptoms:
